Terms of Service

Thank you for your interest in commissioning me! Please read through these Terms of Service carefully.
By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms listed below. These terms are designed to clarify the process, rights, and responsibilities for both parties involved.

❀» First come, first serve - if you don’t reply within 1 week, your slot will be given to the next person.
❀» Payment: Discord Nitro, Ko-fi, Trakteer, PayPal, GoPay, Dana, etc.
❀» Payment upfront. Either in full or start with 25% down payment and the rest once it’s done (finish payment before receiving comm).
❀» Turnaround: 3 days-1 week (I’ll inform you if delay happened/is needed).
❀» I have the right to decline any commission. I will explain why and suggest changes/and or alternatives if possible.
❀» No copying other artists’ styles- you’re commissioning me for my artstyle.
❀» Personal use only unless we discuss any commercial rights.
❀» No edits/alterations to my finished art, as in changing skin tone, hair type, proportions, etc. If you’re not satisfied with the end result, consult to me and I will make changes for free as long as it’s reasonable. If you do make those edits regardless, please don’t post them where I can see them. And especially do NOT feed my art into ai in any sort of way, whether it’s from a finished or unfinished artwork, commission or not.
❀» Please credit me when posting the artwork online. Either by tagging me (doesn’t have to actually tag my acc, just having the username is enough) in posts or have it linked somewhere in your profile/post.
